I bought a snowboard. The Canadian and I spent all day choosing snowboards and bindings and god i have no idea why he would want to do that. But we did eat some awesome korean food in BFE, so I guess that’s a good thing.
Reason I bought the board is bc Im planning on Tahoe for New Years. Im not sure how its gonna work out, but Im pretty sure I don’t want to sink $100 renting a lame board over the course of 3 or so days.
I guess my roomies etc have a cabin rented in Tahoe. I think we are going to just spend NYE chilling in the cabin. I feel 50/50 about that. On the one hand, yes, yes, I know, NYE is overrated and expensive. But sitting in a house with a bunch of people who have already coupled off seems like a waste too.
I’m going to have to find a boy toy on the slopes if I’m going to make this work.
