Can you believe our little fatty is 2 years old today…hard to believe the baby is growing up.

i worked from home yesterday and fatty kept trying to get my attention. first she brought tako (sabine’s pink octopus)over and dropped him at my feet. then kept meowing and climbing on my chair (doing the toddler stance) pawing at me, until I would pick her up and sit her on my lap so she could look at the computer screen while i worked. she did this repeatedly throughout the night. (meow until i picked her up so she could sit in my lap) first she would paw at the screen, at the mouse cursor. then after awhile she just sat quietly in my lap, purring, with her head resting on my arm, watching the computer. omfg. cutest. thing. ever.
since I’m still in DC, I’ll have to have a belated bday birthday for her. I’m sure there is a cat cake I can make…maybe theres still time to get her some overalls.
