and back to the daily grind.
being here is weird. its my first week at the new job and im kind of overwhelmed. Im not used to having this many direct reports, having an office, or being a ‘real’ manager, managing 3 different units with many people who are older than me.
In fact, all the people who are in the same position at different locations are also older than me.
As someone told me the other day–“Well, that will be up to you. You’re the boss now.”
