In response to the guy I met at the Rose Bowl wanting to call me, I text messaged him back and told him that I’d rather communicate via email. Then I gave him the email address that I use when I don’t want all my personal information to be googled.
I guess it worked, in a way. He hasn’t tried to contact me.
Was that bad of me to suggest? I just really am not into having conversations on the phone right off the bat with anyone. It’s weird. I mean, what would we have talked about?
“Hey, did you see that game?”
“Yeah, we were both at the Rose Bowl, remember?”
“Oh, yeah, so what did you think?”
“Pretty Awesome.”
“Yeah. It was, huh?”
[silence]
No thanks.
